IT took me 4 months, but finally I’m really getting further in my split :). Those last few inches are sooo freaking hard!
But if I can do it, anyone can ! I started stretching when I was 17! So no more excuses about having to start at young age :)
If you really want something work for it and it will pay of!
Hi. I practice gym, but not every day because sometimes I feel lazy. I'd like to know, what kind of food should I eat to lose cellulite and get a beautiful belly like that photos you post. Could you help me with some advice? Thank you so much :)
Well, I eat a lot of veggies, fruits, eggs, nuts, fish and lean meat. I try to eat a lot of healthy fats (fish, avocado, nuts) and lots of protein. And not to much carbs like spaghetti, potato’s and bread.
From day to day I like to add a protein bar or shake to my diet. Like when I come home from the gym and I feel hungry I take a very light protein shake (100 kcal). Ohh and I drink like 2,5 liters water a day :)!
If you feel lazy sometimes.. thats oke, you don’t have to workout every day to look and feel amazing.
And just be happy, smile a lot, love your body, love de foods you eat, love the workouts you do, have fun! Thats what really makes a person beautiful, not a number on the scale or some measurement.
